As per Phool.co, the officials said, “We are delighted to announce @aliaabhatt has joined the PHOOL family as an investor! It all did seem a little surreal when this conversation started, why would an A-list Bollywood icon want to invest in a small story from a tier 3 city. There are a few learnings that have dawned upon us though through this whole process. When you don’t compromise on the quality of your product, put your heart into trying to service every single customer and take that extra effort in making your product just a little better with every iteration, appreciation and encouragement comes back to you in one way or the other.
They further wrote, “Phool.co is now a business built, led and invested in by women, and this statement gives us more joy than anything else. We would love to thank each and every single one of YOU, for bringing us this far. We also apologize to all of you whom we could’ve serviced better and promise to do well, as of NOW. We shall keep trying to punch above our weight every single day to repay the faith you place in us every single day.”
More about the incense company Phool. co, then it is founded by Ankit Agarwal with an initiative to clean Ganga in Kanpur city. They use flowers from temples across India and create useful products such as rose incense cones, Phool vermicompost.
