An image from the much-awaited sequel gives us the first look at a new character, played by actor Jack Champion. The new Avatar 2 still reveals Jake (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri’s (Zoe Saldana) adopted human son, named Miles Socorro, aka Spider. It seems the world of “Avatar” is getting bigger and better in the upcoming sequel as there is more room for new characters with family at the core of this new story.

The cast of the upcoming Avatar 2 boasts a stellar cast that includes Kate Winslet, Edie Falco, Michelle Yeoh, Vin Diesel, Jemaine Clement, and Oona Chaplin alongside a slate of young actors. Returning cast members include Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Joel David Moore, Dileep Rao, Stephen Lang, Matt Gerald, and Sigourney Weaver.
