His immaculate ability to blend urban snares, soulful lyrics and desi culture has helped him deliver smashing sold-out performances across Canada, USA, India, UK, France, Norway and Germany.

Well-known amongst the South Asian diaspora across the world, he has attained a rockstar imprint particularly in northern India, with a catalogue of timeless hits such as ‘Kina Chir’, ‘Waja’, ‘Vibe’, ‘To The Stars’, ‘Solace’, ‘Tu Hi Ah’ and ‘Close’ under his belt, which has helped catapult him into a league reserved for just a select few.

Constantly pushing the boundaries for South Asian artists across the world, he has collaborated with artists such as Mickey Singh, Fateh, Ikka, UpsideDown, Bambi Bains, Deep C, Jus Reign, Haji Springer, Raxstar, Ziqboi and Sidhu Moose Wala that have propelled his reach and repertoire over the years.

The Mickey Mouse drum set he received at age five piqued the Indo-Canadian singer, songwriter and producer’s interest in the discipline of music. Although he began performing Indian classical, largely at the behest of his father, by the time he hit his teens, he decided that hip-hop was more his thing. At age sixteen, he hunkered down in his basement and recorded his first hit song, ‘Sohni’ in 2010, which received airplay on the BBC as ‘Track Of The Week’. As his career became the stuff of dreams, he was still studying business administration (marketing) at Mount Royal University.

In 2011, he released his debut 16-track album ‘Forever’, which became the top selling world album on iTunes Canada and hit the Top 10 charts in the UK. In 2012 he launched his production company and record label, PropheC Productions wherein he premiered his free-for-download mixtape: ‘The Dream Room’ in 2013, which was downloaded over 35,000 times in the first month of its release. His follow up in 2014 was his second 14-track album ‘Futureproof’ which earned his maiden Top 10 Hit on Billboard’s World Album charts. Having garnered a steadfast fanbase he subsequently released by his third 11-track album ‘The Lifestyle’ in 2016. His fourth 13-track studio album, ‘The Season’, which featured his father Daljit Chatha in a surprise guest role, quickly ascended to the #1 spot on the Indian  charts as well hit the top of the world-music charts in the U.S., the U.K. and Norway in 2019. It entered the iTunes Canadian Album Chart at number 10, which put him just below artists such as Avril Lavigne and Ariana Grande, and ahead of Drake. However, it was 2021, which solidified his immersive sound with the release of his fifth 5-track studio album, ‘Solace’ which garnered the Top 5 position on the Official Asian Music Charts.
