Legendary Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Chehre’ is all set to showcase the enigmatic narrative on the big screen from 27th August 2021. Produced by Anand Pandit and directed by Rumy Jafry the movie will portray the actors, Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi pitted against each other in the game of justice and punishment.
Film’s trailer confirms the movie holds a powerful tale which will engage the viewers from the first frame beamed on the big screen until the end, it’s an edge of the seat drama one wouldn’t want to resist!
When asked about what attracted him to this mystery thriller the superstars reveals, “The story of Chehre has been with Rumyji since quite some time and he used to always tell me that he wanted to narrate it to me , whenever we would meet. When I heard it, I immediately decided that I would be a part of this film. People generally assume that if it’s a Rumy Jaffry film it would be a comedy , but that wasn’t so! Such a subject or topic was not something that Rumy had chosen before, and now that he has, I am very happy to have been a part of it.”
Produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures & Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited, directed by Rumy Jafry, “Chehre” also stars Annu Kapoor, Krystle D’Souza, Dhritiman Chatterjee, Raghubir Yadav, Siddhanth Kapoor and Rhea Chakraborty. The film is now all set to release in the cinema houses on 27th August 2021.
