Actor Avtar Vaishnani is having fun playing Mohan in Vidrohi.
“My character’s name is Mohan, who is the younger brother of Kalyani (played by Hemal Dev),” he said.
He calls it a historical show with a different love story. He completely relates to his character. “My look is different and it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for me to get ready,” he shared. “I really like and enjoy being in my costume,” he added.
The best compliment that he has got for his role and look is that he is looking “very cute” in the show, which is produced by Subrat Sinha and Dr. Bodhisattva of Gaatha Productions.
“Both the producers are excellent and superb. Subrat Sinha, Dr. Bodhisattva, the director, my co-actors and the entire team are very supportive and help us a lot during the shoot. It is a great experience working with them,” he said.
He describes the set vibes as excellent where “everyone is very supportive.” Shooting for this kind of a show takes longer and involves a lot of hard work. “Since I enjoy acting, even if it is a long shot it doesn’t matter to me. I have fun shooting and love my work,” he said.
