Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday& Dhairya Karwaare all set to treat their fans with one of the most anticipated film ‘Gehraiyaan’ which will release on 11th February 2022 on Amazon Prime Video. Gehraiyaan is a nuanced, layered relationship drama that dives into the depths of modern adult relationships and their many complexities. The movie is Shakun Batra’s next directorial venture following the critically-acclaimed Kapoor and Sons and once again sees the director masterfully juggle complex human emotions and relationships. The film features Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa in the lead, along with Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapoor in pivotal roles.
Sony Music India, in collaboration with Viacom18 Studios, Dharma Productions & Jouska Films, released their first song ‘Doobey’ from the ‘Gehraiyaan’ album today. Shot in the landscape of realistic and relatable life situations, the song reflects the initial stages of falling in love.
Composed by OAFF (Kabeer Kathpalia) and Savera, written by Kausar Munir, Doobey is sung by industry newcomer, Lothika. The song, with its peppy composition, will take little or no time to pump you up with the feel-good factor. This song is the first track from the movie to be released and is also the first that will appear in the film. Gehraiyaan, a film directed by Shakun Batra, sees its music supervised by the man of many talents, Ankur Tewari.
