Yo Yo Honey Singh, who is normally in the headlines for his new songs and projects, is now in the spotlight because of the lawsuit against him. His wife, Shalini Talwar, had filed a lawsuit against him for domestic violence and sexual assault, and the processes are still ongoing.
Shalini recently requested that the court prohibit Honey Singh from alienating or establishing any third party interest held directly or via his businesses, and she instructed him to file all paperwork of his companies established abroad, as well as other data.
Despite Honey Singh’s advocate Rebecca John’s best efforts to highlight points such as a domestic case cannot pass an order pertaining to the company or business, Metropolitan Magistrate Tania Singh noted the singer’s validation statement that he will not develop any third-party engagement in his asset in the UAE.
The court’s next trial in the Honey Singh and Shalini Talwar case is set for September 28th. If you don’t know about the case, actually Shalini Talwar brought a claim against Yo Yo on August 3rd, and in a complaint, she stated that her father-in-law went into her bedroom and touched her chest.
