Prateik Chaudhary enjoyed Atharva College of Engineering’s fest as chief guest

Prateik Chaudhary recently attended Atharva College of Engineering’s Theme Reveal of Rhythm Ember ’22 event. The Sindoor Ki Keemant actor, who had a good time, shares his experience.
“It was a great experience because this was my first time attending some college festival as a chief guest. I really felt honoured and overwhelmed,” says the proud Mumbaikar.

As a student, Prateik used to get excited about his college festival. “Being a dancer I used to perform on such occasions in front of so many students. I also participated in many other activities but was never in the organising team. And, last but not the least we used to wait for our DJ night, so that we could dance together. It was really fun to enjoy the DJ with all my friends and other students,” he adds.

The actor feels college festivals can act as a tool for practical learning. “It really helps students to be more active, enthusiastic, helps them become great organisers and be presentable, so overall it’s a great experience for all the students to learn basic things before stepping into the actual world,” he explains.

While actors want to connect with the youth more, Prateik wants to touch viewers of all ages. “I want to connect with everyone equally. Yes, youth are more active on social media but as an actor I really want to connect with every age group,” he says.

Looking back, the actor shares that all the days when he was in college used to be fun. “I really miss my college days. Hanging out with my friends, bunking lectures, sitting in the canteen and hogging everything we wanted to our heart’s content. I miss everything a lot,” he adds.
